The Organization

Organizational Structure

The CCB is composed of a national Board of Directors from each of its nine divisions.  There are provisions to appoint directors.  The national president and chairman is elected by all the divisions.

The Board of Directors is responsible for establishing the overall policy and goals of the CCB with closer supervision and administrative duties delegated to the executive committee.  Implementation of policies and programs is left to the Executive Director who reports directly to the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.

Under the new organizational bylaw each director is a Vice-President for their division council with appointments made from time to time to assist in operational aspects within the division.

The most important component of the CCB is the chapter at the local level.  It is here where the members interact, participate and integrate CCB programs within their community and make recommendation for improvements or changes to CCB policy and programs.
