Awards
The CCB has three awards to recognize individual efforts in the area of blindness and those who have overcome disabilities generally.
Award of Merit - is an honour bestowed in recognition of service to Canadians who are blind and vision impaired.
Book of Fame - public recognition to blind or vision impaired individuals who have served their peers, their community, or have distinguished themselves in the arts, their professions or other fields of endeavour.
White Cane Person of the Year – recognition of persons who have achieved success regardless of a particular disability.
